Counseling for Executive Stress

Does success at home or at work no longer silence that critical voice

in your head that says you’re not doing enough?

Is every minute of your day scheduled,
and you still feel the need to do more?

Are you trying to justify your career to yourself and your family?

Do you feel you have to fight for respect in the workplace?

Do you sacrifice your personal life for your job on a regular basis?

Do you get to Friday and wonder where your week went?

Do you need help balancing the stress of
the job and the stress of your home?

The world tells us that women can have it all. We can’t. But that doesn’t stop us from trying. We work longer hours, take conference calls on treadmills or write memos after putting the family to bed. We “Lean In” until we’re about to topple over, all because the voice in our heads says no one else can handle any of the responsibilities on our plates.

I know what it feels like to want to succeed on all fronts. As a self-employed woman and a mom, I understand the stress that comes with wanting success at work and achieving a fulfilling life outside the office. This is a balance that requires constant attention, and it’s a path I will help you map for your own life.

For some of us, technology doesn’t let you leave the job at the office. Email fills your inbox, demanding to be answered almost as urgently as the cellphone that won’t stop buzzing after hours.

For others, it’s a question of boundaries. When you can’t say no to the office, you don’t have time to take care of yourself. You turn simple things like a doctor’s appointment or a trip to the grocery store into an ordeal.

Live this way too long, and it becomes nearly impossible to see your way out. You already know that you can’t do it all, but where do you begin in order to make a change?

You want someone to help you find that first step. I have spent more than 25 years working with people just like you: People who need a listening ear and an objective mind to help them see their potential and make those agonizing first steps

toward a more fulfilling, less stressful life.

You don’t need to change your situation, you need to change your response to it. Let me help you. Together, we will identify the areas ripe for change in your life and what your next steps could be.

I know your life is hectic, but making time to work with me will help you create a more satisfying life. I even offer counseling session via Skype to better fit your overflowing schedule.
